KATAKLYSM: No Rest For The Wicked

March 21, 2008

Northern hyperblasters KATAKLYSM were at LAX (Los Angeles) airport last night (Thursday, March 20) ready to catch their flights directly to Australia for their first-ever headlining tour of the country, only to find out that their flights had been cancelled due to mechanical problems. Unfortunately, this meant that the band had to wait an additional day for their next flight to the country.

Safe to say, KATAKLYSM are now on their next flight and will fly nearly 15 hours to Australia (with an 18-hour time difference!) to headline Metalstock Festival in Sydney, along with four additional headlining dates after the fest. This will be KATAKLYSM's first time in Australia, and nothing will stop them from getting there!

As the saying goes, there is no rest for the wicked!

A video message from KATAKLYSM (in Australian lingo) to their Aussie fans can be seen below.

KATAKLYSM held a listening party for its new album, "Prevail", this past Monday (March 17) at The Plush Lounge at the Key Club in Hollywood, California. Among the attendees were Francine Boucher (ECHOES OF ETERNTY),Dino Cazares (DIVINE HERESY, FEAR FACTORY) and Nadja Peulen (COAL CHAMBER).
